PRICES : For a payment in Ariary, the price will be calculated according to the rate of the change on the day of the payment. The prices announced in the price chapter of our web site are net euro prices valid for the current year. For your information we list the services which are included and those which are not. Generally drinks and tips are not included unless specially mentioned. Children under twelve may benefit from a rebate on some services; we shall be pleased to list them at your request.
Our prices do not include airfares. Libertalia Aventure will allow itself to make price changes if outside circumstances make it absolutely necessary: » Petrol price » Exchange rates » Price changes of our service providers AIR FLIGHTS : Our prices do not include international and domestic flights. Our customers must make their own reservations with the air companies. BOOKING : You can book a tour, a cruise or any other service with our local office in Nosy Be either by telephone or E-mail. When confirming your reservation, we shall need some information such as names and surnames of participants, dates of birth, flight details. You will receive an invoice when your booking is confirmed. Your registration will be definitive as soon as we receive your instalment. PAYMENT : An instalment of 30% of the total price is required to confirm your registration. The full settlement is due 30 days before the departure date. We do not guarantee the departure of a customer for a tour before the full settlement of the invoice. Payment has to be made in Euro in Ariary by bank transfer including all charges to our underneath bank account. When the transfer is made we shall need an E-mail copy of the bank order as well a SWIFT copy.

INSURANCE : Libertalia Aventure has subscribed a civil liability insurance with ARO MADAGASCAR (Assurance et Réassurance Omnibranches, 77 Làlana Solombavambahoaka Frantsay, Antsahavola- Antananarivo.) This insurance does not include sanitary repatriation. If you wish to subscribe a cancellation or multi-risk insurance, we advised you to contact your usual company.
